Windows operating systems automatically apply a generic driver that allows users to benefit from basic touch functions however, advanced features will not be available until the proper files are installed. Close the wizard and perform a system reboot to allow changes to take effect. Read EULA (End User Licence Agreement) and agree to proceed with the installation process. Allow Windows to run the file (if necessary). Locate and double-click on the available setup file. Unzip the file and enter the newly-created directory. Save the downloadable package on an accessible location (such as your desktop).

To work around this problem, be sure to enable PnP function for serial port for EETI’s driver. This is because virtual machine may change serial port driver behaviors. The serial (COM) touchscreen may not work due to some Virtual Machine ( for ex. Fixed some links of user guide not works issue. Fixed bug for if user do linearization not follow correct process ,the eGalaxTouch utility will crash after do 4 points calibration. Fixed bug for a touch device will map to wrong monitor after reboot on some system. Fixed bug for system maybe will crash if keep touch the touch sensor when system boot.
